The latest module launched in ResearchConnect utilises the Global Campus API to allow research coordinators and managers in universities to pinpoint the best placed researchers in their institutions to be involved in a submission for funding. By clicking on a call or fund, they find a list of academics with the best match, making establishing consortia incredibly efficient. This unique approach works in reverse to the traditional approach of building or using an existing profile first and seeing what matches return.

The integration of the Find Academics feature is receiving a really positive reaction from those that have seen it and taken it up as part of their ResearchConnect subscription. The insight and efficiency it creates is certainly generating a great deal of enthusiasm.
